We all tell lies, and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes it’s needed in order to keep the peace. And sometimes a little white lie can actually benefit others.
But are you a good liar? Does it come natural, and can you get away with it?
Not all of us can lie easily and be able to live with it without feeling too much guilt, or just simply can’t lie convincingly enough to get away with it.
Try this quick test to find out if you are a naturally good liar or if you’re more inclined to tell the truth. It will take you less than a minute and you might be surprised at how accurate it is.
The test might seem a bit basic but the science to back it up does exist. It is based off a study by R.G. Hass published in 1984 called “Perspective-Taking And Self-Awareness: Drawing An E On Your Forehead.”
The test takes just a few seconds, simply follow the instructions as you receive them. It may give you some extra perspective on yourself, and please let us know in the comments if it turns out you are a good liar or not.
But should we assume you will be telling the truth?
